Growth BPO, a burgeoning enterprise in Sri Lanka with an international presence, offers a wide array of business process outsourcing services across various sectors. Established in 2015 with a dedicated team of seven professionals, Growth BPO has since grown exponentially, earning numerous accolades as a rising entrepreneurial force in Sri Lanka. We are deeply committed to social and environmental causes, as evidenced by our corporate actions and initiatives.

Recognizing the potential and demand in the regional BPO industry, Growth BPO made the strategic decision to position itself as a provider of BPO solutions and shared services. Our state-of-the-art delivery center, located in the heart of Colombo, Sri Lanka, is home to over nine skilled professionals.

We offer services to six distinct business sectors, underpinned by a reliable Business Continuity Plan (BCP) that ensures the provision of secure, innovative, and sustainable outsourcing solutions for all our clients. Buddhima Iroshani – Chief Executive Officer / Director

Buddhima, our esteemed CEO and Director, is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a rich academic background and extensive professional experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kelaniya and a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Colombo. Buddhima brings to the table her invaluable experience from the Big 10 audit firms, where she honed her skills in auditing, financial analysis, and business strategy. This experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of the financial landscape and the ability to navigate complex business challenges. In addition to her audit experience, Buddhima is a successful entrepreneur and has been a co-founder of several businesses. Her entrepreneurial journey has given her a unique perspective on business operations and strategy, making her an effective leader capable of driving our company towards success. Buddhima’s leadership style is characterized by her commitment to excellence, innovative thinking, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Indike Samaranayake – Delivery Head

Indike, our esteemed Delivery Head, is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic background and extensive international experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Colombo and a Master’s degree from the University of London Metropolitan. Indike is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants - UK (CIMA) and a part-qualified candidate in Chartered Financial Analyst - USA (CFA). These qualifications reflect his deep understanding of management accounting and financial analysis. His professional journey includes 7 years of experience with Big 4 audit firms in Sri Lanka and the UK. This experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of auditing practices and financial regulations. In addition to his audit experience, Indike has held financial leadership roles in the Middle East and has 15 years of freelance experience in a variety of countries. This diverse experience has given him a broad perspective on financial management and business operations across different markets. Indike’s blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and leadership skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. Jeewan Herath – Quality Assurance Head

His professional journey includes 7 years of experience with Big 4 audit firms, where he honed his skills in auditing, financial analysis, and business strategy. In addition to his audit experience, Jeewan has held auditing leadership roles in the Maldives and has 20 years of freelance experience in a variety of countries. Dilini brings to the table extensive experience as a Compensation and Reward Manager in Sri Lanka.
